Parcel Delivery Driver – Kitchener, ON
We are hiring reliable and motivated Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our delivery team in Kitchener, Ontario. Drivers will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers while providing professional customer service.

- Delivery routes and parcels
- Training and onboarding
- Ongoing support from our operations team
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the company delivery van
- Pick up and load parcels according to the assigned route
- Deliver packages accurately and on time
- Follow assigned delivery routes and procedures
- Use a delivery app/scanner to complete deliveries
- Obtain delivery confirmations when required
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
- Follow all traffic, safety, and company policies
- Keep the company vehicle clean and report any vehicle issues
- Complete daily route and delivery requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
- Clean and safe driving record
- Previous delivery/driving experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and carry parcels
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Smartphone required
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Available 7days a week
