Landscape Maintenance Technician (Year-Round)
Oakery Woods is growing, and we're looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck.
We're not looking for someone to simply cut grass. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of every property they service. Someone who notices the little details, leaves every property looking exceptional, and treats every customer's home as if it were their own.
This is a full-time, year-round position working on a variety of outdoor projects throughout every season.
Summer
- Lawn mowing
- String trimming & edging
- Property clean-up
- Garden bed maintenance
- Hedge trimming & pruning
- Mulch installations
Fall
- Fall cleanups and leaf removal
- Shrub and landscape maintenance
- Property winterization
Winter
- Snow plowing
- Sidewalk clearing
- Ice management
- Equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Valid G driver's licence (required)
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Landscaping or snow removal experience is an asset, but not required
