Summary
We are seeking a Automotive Technician to join our team in Richmond. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier automotive services for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
- Utilize diagnostic tools, schematics, and hand tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Conduct performance upgrades and custom modifications as required.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers.
- Assist in vehicle inspections and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Support team members with heavy lifting and assembly tasks when necessary.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with Volkswagen or Audi vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
