Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installer Helper/Apprentice to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist experienced HVAC installers with the installation of heating and cooling systems according to schematics and specifications
- Support the setup and assembly of ductwork, piping, and electrical connections
- Help with troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues during installation or maintenance
- Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
- Participate in routine maintenance tasks such as system inspections and minor repairs under supervision
Skills
- Mechanical experience or mechanic background is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
