About the Role
We are a high-output CNC machine shop running 30+ machines, 24/7, and we are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our production team.
This is a production-driven role, not a “learn at your own pace” environment.
You will be expected to learn quickly, stay focused, and perform consistently.
We will train the right people — but attitude, reliability, and work ethic come first.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running 1–2 CNC machines at a time in a production environment
- Loading/unloading parts and maintaining cycle efficiency
- Performing basic inspections using measuring tools
- Following clear work instructions with zero shortcuts
- Keeping your area clean, organized, and production-ready
- Supporting general shop work as needed

Preferred (Not Required)
- CNC or machining-related education
- Experience in a shop or production environment
- Experience using calipers or basic measuring tools

- Overtime as required
