CTS Composites Inc. is a leading manufacturer of tooling for the composites industry.
As part of our expansion to meet increased customer requirements, CTS has an opening for a Catia V5 CNC Programming position.
To be selected as a candidate you must have skills in Catia V5 machining and Catia V5 surface / solids design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop 3 axis / 5 axis programs for large CNC machines.
- Design fixturing for tooling models by creating surfaces / solids / drawings.
- Publish setup and programming worksheets.
- Work closely with Engineering and machine operators to develop machining strategies.
- Respond to shop floor requests for problem solving assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with CNC machining or solid / surface creation in Catia V5
- Strong attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of tooling with composites experience is an asset.
Useful Experience:
- Comfortable working with Quality Management Systems is an asset
Compensation:
Competitive salary will be determined based on experience.
Skills upgrading with internal or external training programs.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
