My client is seeking a remote highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Project Manager to join a fast-growing AI startup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong customer relationships transforming how automotive dealerships connect with customers. Their platform automates customer outreach, books appointments, and helps dealerships drive measurable sales results.
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Project Manager to lead dealership implementations, build strong client relationships, and help drive long-term customer success.

As a key member of the team, you will:
- Lead dealership onboarding from kickoff through launch.
- Manage multiple customer implementations.
- Build relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, GSMs, and BDC Managers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Campaign Production, and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure every client has an outstanding onboarding experience.
- Support customer retention and renewals by delivering exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes as we continue to scale.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partner with leadership to support renewals and light upsell activities.
Working closely with leadership, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive adoption, and identify opportunities to expand customer success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management, Customer Success, or Implementation experience.
- Automotive SaaS or dealership technology experience is required.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems.
