Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and repair services for our clients' equipment and systems. Duties
- Install coil connectors, service rig milling and clean outs , troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client locations to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide effective solutions to technical issues.
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and time spent, accurately in company systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on equipment operation.
- Maintain a stock of necessary parts and tools in company vehicles to ensure readiness for service calls.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities to ensure safe working conditions.
- Provide training or demonstrations to clients on proper equipment use when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in technical support or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel frequently to client sites.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Pay: $19.86-$45.43 per hour
