Prime Cannabis is a local business with retail stores here in Cranbrook and West Kelowna. Our mission is to provide an easy, educational, and safe retail experience empowering the guest to choose from a variety of premium cannabis products.
About the role: This position will act as a retail associate whose goal is to provide a superior customer service experience. Whether it’s working on the till, educating the customers or sorting inventory, this position is a critical role in the success of our organization.

Job Duties:
* Greet and assist customers
* Educate the customers on the variety of products
* Operating a point of sales system – Cova
* Maintaining a clean environment at all times
* Managing inventory
* Ensuring accurate cash outs
Summary of requirements:
* 1-2-years of customer service experience is preferred
* Applicants are responsible for obtaining a Provincial "Selling it Right" certificate.
* Cannabis knowledge is a huge asset
* Minimum 19-years of age
