Senior Supervisor, Short Term Work Planning & Scheduling

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is expected to exercise a high level of personal initiative and judgment with general direction from the Business Services Manager. Accountable for the development and stewardship of the annual work plan, along with the planning and scheduling activities to support operations and work execution. You will oversee the development of realistic schedules, which will reflect available resources and monitor the work in progress, as well as update the annual work plan as required. You will collaborate with and support Work Execution Manager/Supervisors, Long-term Asset Planning, Engineering, Project Managers, System Operations (NLSO), and other hydro support entities to ensure planning and schedule actives are maintained.
What You’ll Need:
You have graduated from a recognized University with a Bachelor of Engineering and have completed the Maintenance Management Professional Certificate Program. You will have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in an electrical utility environment with proven experience in short-term maintenance planning and scheduling, with emphasis on computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Supervisory experience would also be an asset. An equivalent combination of experience and training will also be considered.
