We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic / Automotive Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, experience with automotive repair, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. Prior dealership experience is a plus, along with the ability to interpret schematics and perform assembly tasks. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Perform maintenance and servicing
- Replace brakes, suspension, steering and cooling system components
- Perform engine diagnostics and drivability repairs
- Complete engine and transmission replacements
- Perform safety inspections and vehicle reconditioning
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive repair experience
- Experience performing complete engine and transmission replacements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Must own your own tools (toolbox and essential hand tools required)
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence is an asset but not required
