Overview
We are seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to join our team! As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing sheet metal products and components, including but not limited to custom parts, assemblies, ductwork, and fittings.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products and components, including: Cutting, bending, and shaping sheet metal using hand tools and machinery (e.g., shear, brake, laser cutter), Welding, soldering, and riveting metal components, forming and shaping metal to precise specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, inspect, and test fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment and tools
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sheet Metal Worker preferred
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal machinery
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
