Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education principles.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
- Support children's social-emotional development through positive interactions.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in early childhood education or as a primary teacher.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
- Bilingual abilities (English/French) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with child development standards and safety regulations.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
