For the right person, this role is a launching pad. We have room for installers who prove themselves to move up into lead installer, project management, or team leadership roles. But first things first — we need someone who can deliver clean, precise installations, day in and day out.
What You'll Do
- Install custom shower doors, enclosures, and mirrors to spec in residential and commercial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and job tickets to ensure accurate measurements and placement
- Use hand tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Prep job sites, protect customer property, and leave each space cleaner than you found it
- Collaborate with the shop and other installers to hit project deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with construction installation and hand/power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Sharp attention to detail — you notice the 1/16" gap others miss
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Physically able to lift heavy glass and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Professional, respectful presence in customer homes
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Prior glass, mirror, or shower door installation experience is a big plus (but not required for the right candidate)
