We are currently looking to hire a Front of House Server for weekday morning shifts. Typical shifts are from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with employees expected to work 20+ hours per week.
We are looking for someone energetic, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Summary
As a Front of House Server, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, works well under pressure, and is confident handling busy dining periods while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Develop a strong understanding of the menu and provide recommendations to guests
- Handle customer concerns and conflict professionally and calmly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Work efficiently during busy hours while supporting team members
- Process payments and use POS systems when required
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environments preferred
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and English language skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable handling guest concerns and resolving conflicts professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
