- You’ve led framing crews and have strong knowledge of custom residential construction — from footings to roof.
- Blueprint Fluency & Problem-Solving Skills
Able to read and interpret complex plans, delegate tasks, and find efficient solutions on the fly.
- Strong Communicator & Team Player
You bring leadership without ego, collaborating with trades, apprentices, and site managers with respect and clarity.Pride in the details — you believe homes should be built to last and enjoy mentoring others in doing it right.Whether we’re cutting rafters in the snow or figuring out a creative structural solution, you roll with the punches and keep things moving forward.How to Apply
