Responsibilities
- Engage potential and existing clients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and virtual meetings
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in marketing or product promotion is a plus
