Canadian All Care College is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of our Toronto campus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Collect student fees and issue receipts
- Reconcile bank, credit card, student account, and general ledger records
- Assist with payroll processing, timesheets, T4s, T4As, and T2202s
- Support month-end, year-end, audit, and financial compliance activities
- Monitor outstanding student balances and payment plans
- Assist with unearned revenue schedules and reconciliations
- Maintain organized financial and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Academics, and Campus Management as required
Qualifications
- Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum two years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential financial and student information
- Experience in a private career college or educational environment is an asset
- Knowledge of unearned revenue is preferred but not required
- Experience using Payworks is preferred
- Familiarity with OSAP or Better Jobs Ontario is an asset
