We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate implementation of plans.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Train and mentor site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and familiarity with construction management
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- A background in construction management or a related field is preferred.
