Job Summary
As a Junior Producer, you'll work directly with the producers and core team to help keep the production moving forward. Because we're a small team, this role requires someone who is adaptable, organized, proactive, and excited to wear multiple hats. No two days will look exactly the same.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with production planning and logistics.
- Help coordinate cast, crew, vendors, and production paperwork.
- Support screenplay breakdowns, scheduling, and call sheets.
- Assist with locations, transportation, and production supplies.
- Support producers and department heads during pre-production and filming.
- Help solve problems and pitch in wherever needed.
Skills

No previous film experience is required for many of our positions. We value attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.

- Leadership or management experience.

- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- First Aid certification.
- Previous film, theatre, or live event experience.
This position provides an invaluable opportunity to develop industry-specific skills while contributing creatively to an independent film project. The Junior Producer will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of the film while gaining hands-on experience in film production processes.
