Peak Vitality Healthcare is a growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in View Royal, BC. We are seeking a motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our professional and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who wants the flexibility to build or expand an independent practice while working in a modern, patient-centred clinic environment. Our team includes Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Kinesiologists, Counsellors, and other healthcare professionals.
We offer flexible compensation options: a competitive flat monthly room rental or a percentage-based split arrangement with the clinic. The arrangement can be discussed based on your preferred schedule, patient volume, and stage of practice.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality Registered Massage Therapy assessments and treatments
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical records using Jane App
Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, colleagues, and clinic staff
Collaborate with other practitioners when appropriate for patient care
Maintain active registration, professional liability insurance, and all required professional standards
Requirements
Current registration and good standing as a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia
Eligible to provide direct billing to extended health insurers
Professional liability insurance
Strong communication, clinical, and patient-care skills
Comfortable using Jane App or willing to learn quickly
Reliable, professional, and interested in contributing to a positive multidisciplinary clinic environment
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Schedule
Part-time or full-time availability. Evening and/or weekend availability is an asset.
