Our Mississauga client is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience working in a a similar role. Medical background ie. medical administration, medical customer service representative is considered a strong asset.
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time 100% in Office
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Conduct data entry to update customer accounts and transaction records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Follow up with customers in assisting with explanation and instructions of use of products
- Assisting customers with insurance coverage application
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP and/or accounting systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with patience and empathy
- Previous experience working in the medical field and or education an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
