Location: Ottawa / Carp
Hours: 30–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday (flexibility for seasonal workload)
Compensation: $22–$28/hr (commensurate with experience)

We’re entering an exciting season of growth and are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to help us run smoothly and efficiently.
Role Overview
As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks. This role is critical in keeping the business organized, professional, and running at peak efficiency.
You will:
- Answer phone calls, text messages, and emails from clients
- Schedule quotes and jobs in Jobber
- Send follow-up emails and make follow-up calls to clients
- Issue invoices and record payments in Jobber
- Conduct outbound outreach to property managers, condos, golf courses, and commercial clients
- Maintain accurate client records in Jobber
- Support the business owner in day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone and email communications professionally
- Tech-savvy — experience with Jobber, Google Workspace, and/or CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
