Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Clerk
Reports to (Warehouse Manager): Oscar Flores
Scope: Responsible for cycle count and accurate inventory management for the aftermarket warehouse following safe work procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate inventory management for the aftermarket warehouse
- Perform cycle counts daily, update system and provide reporting to accounting
- Receive goods in the system from quality assurance (QA) with notes for status (i.e. NCR, good to go or conditional)
- Review physical cycle counts provided by Back to Stock and verify if discrepancies, request recounts as required
- Verify quantities in system from counts for work orders
- Maintain inventory in system including transferring bins and prioritizing picking spots
- finished number Provide stock checks for customers
- Search and trace parts for customers as required
- Coordinate and provide updates to all departments in the company for stock, received shipments and warranty returns
- Assist with work orders from CNC and Assembly and adjust part pulling locations to ensure accuracy
- Prepare system reversal for cancelled orders and put back in to stock on the work order
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
