Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle issues using advanced tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
- Conduct welding and assembly tasks as needed for repairs or modifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently to complete repairs accurately
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist with vehicle inspections and quality control checks before returning vehicles to customers
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or mechanic experience preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) during repair tasks
- Experience with automotive repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Up to $47.30 per hour
