Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support, sales, and marketing via phone, email, and in-store.
- Provide Technical support for our line of products.
- Various back-office duties.
Qualifications:
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
- Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills
- Ability to be flexible, multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to prioritize and self-direct work
- Capable of learning to use new software and online tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
The ideal candidate will hold a University Degree.
Remuneration will be based on experience
