Responsibilities

Perform high-quality autobody repairs and part replacements according to OEM standards

Complete structural and non-structural repairs using Spanesi 3D systems, Celette jigs, and advanced welding equipment

Collaborate with painters, estimators, and production staff to ensure accurate, efficient repairs

Maintain company SOPs, adhere to quality control guidelines, and keep a clean, organized work area

Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM safety and performance requirements
Requirements

310B Autobody Repair Technician license or registered apprentice

Minimum 3 years of hands-on collision repair experience

Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical repair skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred Assets

Tesla, Audi, BMW, VW, or other OEM certifications

Welding certifications (steel, aluminum, MIG, spot welding)

ADAS calibration or EV repair experience

Experience with high-end or electric vehicles
