Job Summary:
We’re looking for friendly and reliable Servers to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing great customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, present menus
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions
- Check on guests and ensure satisfaction
- Process payments using Toast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve certification required
- Must have weekday availability (flexible schedule preferred)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is an asset
