Job Overview:
Stage 5 Powdercoating is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our Powder Coating operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production systems and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring each employee is trained on 2-shifts.
- Overseeing the production process to ensure;
- Efficient operations.
- Meeting quality standards.
- Ensure both shifts keep to the schedule provided with delivery dates.
- Confirm that all instruction is being follow from each sales order & all info is taken from the corresponding drawings.
- Oversee proper use of equipment and communicate with Office any regular maintenance that needs to be scheduled.
-Work closely with Management to enhance efficiency & overall quality.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Powder Coating & Production.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and systems.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.
