Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions or process card payments efficiently
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and promote a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment (nice-to-have but training available)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and payments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while providing exceptional customer service
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
