Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for planning production schedules, creating and printing product labels according to specifications, and ensuring production orders are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and committed to maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review production orders and plan daily production activities.
- Create, print, and verify product labels according to customer and company specifications.
- Ensure label information is accurate, including product details, batch numbers, dates, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Prepare and organize materials required for production runs.
- Monitor production progress and communicate any delays or issues to management.
- Perform quality checks on labels and finished products.
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and label-printing software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling.
- Experience creating product labels and documentation.
