We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our growing B2B sales team as Field Sales Representatives representing a global brand.
This is a performance-based opportunity with performance incentives. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a results-driven sales environment and are looking for unlimited earning potential based on their performance.
Our company is also planning a relocation to a different province within the next 6–8 months, and we are looking for candidates who are open to relocating with the company during this transition. Long-term growth opportunities may be available for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential.
This is a field-based position involving direct, in-person sales with business clients in assigned territories. You will be responsible for developing new accounts, presenting solutions, and building long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients within assigned territories
- Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage daily sales activities and territory coverage
- Track client interactions and sales performance using CRM tools
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and development sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-based compensation structure
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is an asset
- Previous B2B or field sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Must be comfortable working on the road and meeting clients in person
Compensation & Development
- Earnings are based on completed sales and individual performance.
