NEOB Lavender is located in the Historic town of Elora. An amazing, feel-good customer base in a cute boutique setting with over 150 different plant-based products. We are a health and beauty manufacturer currently looking for Boutique Associates to help us with the Summer rush, someone with a positive and energetic attitude.
As a NEOB Boutique associate, our role is to engage and educate the customers with a fun and energetic attitude. We strive to have great customer service. We are looking for a team member who can work during the week and on weekends.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Projecting product and company knowledge
- Opening and closing store routines.
- Independent and teamwork to assist customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Providing exceptional customer service
Skills and Attributes

- Ability to remember ingredients and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Positive and personable attitude
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS systems is an asset
- Must speak, read and write English
Pay: $17.60 per hour
