Job Overview
Your knowledge and experience in personal lines insurance combined with your dedication to top notch customer service are the keys to success in the role of Client Care Representative. This call-center based role is fast-paced and responsible for assisting our personal lines clients by servicing their needs including policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy, reviewing existing renewals, file reviews, cross-selling products and working closely with the sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in the insurance industry with a strong working knowledge of personal lines products;
- Call-center experience would be considered an asset;
- Alberta Level 1 General Insurance License
