Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support patient care, assist with administrative duties, and ensure the smooth operation of the chiropractic practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them through check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for patient appointments
- Assist chiropractors during examinations and treatments as needed
- Provide patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with relevant medical information
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling patient inquiries
- Assist with medication administration under supervision when required
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards within the clinic environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospital or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient care practices and medical terminology
- Experience with medication administration is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
- Certification or training in healthcare or medical assisting is a plus but not required
