Our client is seeking a results-driven SEO Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 13-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in maximizing the performance of digital programs across global business segments. You will be responsible for optimizing existing channels while developing and launching new digital strategies that accelerate growth and support revenue generation.

Compensation of $65-$90K

Lead digital marketing programs from strategy through execution to generate leads and build brand awareness globally
Develop and execute digital marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Monitor, analyze, and optimize channel performance to consistently exceed brand and growth KPIs
Deliver performance reporting across all digital channels and customer lifecycle stages
Maintain and enhance live dashboards within marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to support decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency
Manage programs across the full customer journey, including acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, loyalty, advocacy, and renewals
Lead website landing page strategy, development, and optimization in partnership with the marketing team
Own paid media strategy, planning, and buying across paid search, programmatic display, affiliate, native, and paid social
Conduct A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization to improve performance and conversion rates
Research and evaluate emerging digital tools, technologies, and AI-driven marketing strategies
3+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing, including paid media, web, social media, and demand generation
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Commerce, Math, or a related discipline
Experience working in a global B2B SaaS environment, ideally within regulated industries such as financial services, life sciences, medical devices, security & defense, or energy
Strong expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and social platform analytics
Experience with Pardot/HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM/marketing automation tools
Proven ability to analyze large datasets using Excel and/or data visualization tools
Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and emerging AI-driven discovery strategies
Experience building attribution models and collaborating with Sales, Business Development, and Professional Services teams
Exceptional project management, communication, and prioritization skills
A highly analytical, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
Advanced expertise in Pardot/HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience with WordPress, front-end development, SQL, or data science
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
