Production Team Members – AM & PM Shifts
Oven | Packaging | Wash Bay
PORTA is growing and we’re hiring Production Team Members to join our AM and PM shifts across multiple departments. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Roles Available
Oven (AM & PM Shifts)
Bake pizzas to exact standards by operating oven-line equipment, monitoring quality, and supporting production flow.
Packaging (AM & PM Shifts)
Accurately package finished products, verify labels and lot codes, and maintain food safety and quality standards.
Wash Bay (AM & PM Shift)
Clean and sanitize trays, racks, and production equipment to GMP and HACCP standards.
What You’ll Do
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and HACCP food safety standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Perform repetitive, hands-on production tasks with accuracy
- Conduct basic quality or in-process checks
- Work collaboratively with teammates and shift leads
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Food manufacturing experience is an asset, but not required — training provided.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (role dependent)
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and PPE use
