Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical features
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments via POS systems and providing change
- Communicate product information clearly and professionally using phone etiquette when necessary
- Organize the sales floor for efficient shopping flow and stock management
- Support team members with time management to meet sales goals and store deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or related products
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during busy hours
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or in person
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining independence in daily tasks
