We are looking for a proven, high-performing Store Sales Manager who leads from the front, develops people into their best selves, and knows how to build a sales culture that people actually want to be part of. This is not an entry-level leadership role. If you have spent years managing a team in a high-volume, transactional retail environment and you are looking to simply replicate that here, this is not the right fit.

Our Store Sales Manager can earn as much as six figures, with additional bonus and benefit opportunities. You bring a minimum of five years leading and developing sales teams, a track record of measurable results, and the kind of energy that makes people want to follow you.
