We are seeking a dependable and performance-driven part-Time Baker to join our team. This role requires a 4 AM start and a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
As a Baker, you are responsible for setting the tone of the day by ensuring our products are fresh, properly prepared, and fully stocked for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake all products in accordance with Tim Hortons brand standards
- Follow daily production charts to maintain accurate forecasting and ensure full in-stock during peak periods
- Execute strict portion control to protect product consistency and food cost
- Monitor product freshness and complete proper rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe baking environment
- Communicate low stock levels or production gaps proactively to management
- Work with urgency to meet morning readiness targets

- Availability to work Weekdays and weekend.
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced setting
- High attention to detail and pride in quality execution
- Commitment to food safety and operational standards
- Previous baking or quick-service experience is an asset (training provided)
