- First point of contact for clients – greet, check in, answer questions, celebrate milestones (100 class + birthday)
- Studio tours
- Create and maintain positive relationships with STRONG members
- Process sales and booking changes in Hapana including suspensions & gift cards
- Maintain cleanliness of reception, client areas and laundry
- Support Trainers with studio cleanliness
- Communicate effectively on the phone and relay member concerns/questions swiftly and effectively to team/management
- Assist in managing social media accounts/creating creative content
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
