Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer/ Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction and maintenance tasks to support our projects.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor on job sites
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of projects
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
The ideal candidate may have knowledge and experience in some of the following areas, although not mandatory:
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Basic knowledge of measurements
- Operation of basic tools and equipment
- Operation of heavy equipment
- General knowledge of hardscape, landscaping, and machine operation.
Requirements:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
