We are excited to announce the opening of a brand new Vape Store and are seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Store Managers and Employees. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a customer-centric approach to ensure the store's success. Bilingual abilities and experience in sales management, merchandising, and team supervision are highly valued. Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer experiences
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to maximize sales potential
- Oversee POS systems, cash handling procedures, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to foster a high-performing team focused on exceptional service
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clientele
- Supervise sales activities, monitor sales goals, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using effective communication skills and phone etiquette
- Manage payroll processes and administrative duties related to store management
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions for new team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience within a retail or sales environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, pricing, and inventory control
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
- Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in marketing, recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and store management preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, sales management, and store operations oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Organizational skills necessary for overseeing administrative tasks such as payroll and recordkeeping
