Our busy Ford dealership is looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department team. This role is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is friendly, punctual, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers between the dealership and local destinations
- Assist Service Advisors with customer support and vehicle flow as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and fuel level of shuttle vehicles
- Conduct basic daily vehicle inspections
- Provide professional and courteous customer interactions at all times
- Coordinate shuttle schedules efficiently with the service team
- Assist with light dealership duties during downtime
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with clean driving abstract
- Comfortable driving in city and highway traffic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to assist customers entering/exiting the vehicle when required
- Previous dealership or customer service experience considered an asset

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
