Recruit and hire candidates for a variety of positions from start to finish
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process
Complete reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements
Build talent pipelines for high-demand and difficult-to-fill positions
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring documents
Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new employees
Monitor probation periods and communicate review timelines with managers
Support work permit, immigration, and Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) programs as needed
Assist with HR initiatives, policy updates, and continuous improvement projects
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
PRP or CHRP designation is considered an asset
At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
Bilingual in English and French is required
Previous experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, or multi-site organizations is an asset
Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
Experience using ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and HR systems
Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and recruitment best practices
