We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide holistic, patient-centered care that emphasizes natural therapies and evidence-based practices to promote optimal health and wellness. Your expertise will help guide patients through personalized treatment plans, addressing a wide range of health concerns with compassion and professionalism.
This is an Independent Contractor Practitioner position. We offer a competitive split compensation with a monthly cap. Once you hit your monthy cap, you keep 100% of your earnings.

As part of the SMHWC team, you will:
- Provide and deliver Osteopathic Manual Practitioner services in accordance with SMHWC policies and professional practice standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, including thorough client assessments to understand health history, concerns and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow up treatments and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain membership and follow the ethical practices of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO) and/or with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN)
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills
