We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly organized Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join our tight-knit team and help us deliver exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of Our Practice: Greet patients with a warm, welcoming presence and ensure a positive, stress-free experience from start to finish.
- Master the Front Desk: Manage scheduling, handle phone inquiries with polite and professional etiquette, and keep the daily flow running seamlessly.
- Handle Dental Billing & Admin: Confidently manage dental insurance submissions, pre-determinations, and accounts receivables.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dental Reception Experience: Strong background in a Canadian dental office (required).
- Software Savvy: Hands-on experience with Tracker software is highly preferred.
- Excellent Communicator: Respectful phone manners, excellent multitasking skills, and a genuine team-player attitude.
- Clinical Insight (Asset): A Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) background or chairside experience is a fantastic asset to help you understand the full workflow of the office, but it is not required.
