Lead Gutter Installer / Crew Leader
We're looking for an experienced leader to manage a three-person crew consisting of yourself and two helpers. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality work, maintaining productivity, and ensuring every project is completed safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a three-person installation crew.
- Install seamless eavestrough, soffit, fascia, and downspouts.
- Train and mentor helpers.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Communicate professionally with customers.
- Keep jobsites organized, clean, and safe.
Qualifications
- Previous eavestrough installation experience is required.
- Leadership experience is an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Clean driver's abstract for the past three years.
Experience towing and backing trailers is required.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Reliable, organized, and quality-focused.
Gutter Installation Helpers (2 Positions)
We're looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn a skilled trade. Experience is an asset but not required—we'll train the right people.
