We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure high-quality dishes.
- Cook menu items according to established standards and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in food handling techniques and meal preparation processes.
- Previous experience in the food industry or a restaurant setting is preferred.
