PLESE NOTE: This is a full-time, on-site only position, working from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of chocolates edibles.
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards.
- Package finished products efficiently ensuring quality control.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, melting, and molding chocolate.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools and ingredients are properly stored.
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning equipment and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in chocolate work, baking, or food preparation is preferred.
- Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, especially within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for presentation and quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Passion for culinary arts, especially in chocolate making and confectionery.
